Passwords set to expire Tuesday, August 20th and Wednesday, August 21st are being extended one week to ensure there is no interruption of service.

Administrators are working with the vendor and actively making system changes to try to try to restore the system to normal functionality.

The ULID Account Management portal (Account.IllinoisState.edu) is temporarily unavailable due to a large volume of updates being processed. Users attempting to perform ULID account changes, including password changes, will be unable to do so and will see a message indicating the site is currently experiencing an outage. Administrators are actively working to restore service.
