An email has been sent to IT Staff which provides information on how to add new connections as well as where to find a fix that can be deployed to their supported systems. Administrators will continue to work with the vendor on root cause.

While working with the vendor it was discovered that the server connection addresses for our environments have changed. An edit to the connection information within the desktop client resolves the impact. Additional information will be provided via email when available.

IT Staff are unable to access the Cherwell desktop client after the vendor completed maintenance this morning at approximately 3:00 AM. The Cherwell Web client and Customer Portal are available at this time.

Workarounds - The Cherwell Web Client is available to complete most ITSM activities.
