Ellucian Colleague performance has improved but ISU is still seeing intermittent slowness in some processes.

At this time we will be closing this alert and posting no further updates as further solutions are explored. If you experience slowness or other performance impacts please contact the Comptroller’s Office or the Technology Support Center.

Administrators advise that the emergency maintenance has concluded, and users are now able to log in. Administrators will continue to monitor the performance of the Colleague system as users log back in.

Administrators continue to work toward recovery and will be performing additional emergency maintenance to Ellucian Colleague this morning (10/19). A separate maintenance alert has been posted for this maintenance window.

Administrators completed emergency maintenance of the Colleague system on Friday evening (10/16), and are currently working with Colleague stakeholders to verify any improvement in the system performance.

Ellucian Colleague is currently experiencing a degradation of performance. Users may experience random and intermittent performance issues. The following impacts have been confirmed:
- When navigating screens, the system will hang for a few seconds after entering values or when trying to access data
- Running reports

Administrators are working to resolve the issue. Additional information will be provided in the Ellucian Colleague User listserv.
