Cherwell generated emails are once again being generated and sent. Additionally it was discovered that emails sent to Cherwell emails were not generating tickets during the outage time frame. However, they have processed in retrospect.

Cherwell is unable to send emails at this time. Emails sent to Cherwell email addresses will still generate tickets.
