Automatic Cherwell notifications are now processing successfully. Missed notifications to customers and support teams were processed and sent as a result of the impact resolution.

Automatic Cherwell notifications such as notifying customers upon ticket creation and ticket closures, or notifying support teams of ticket reassignment are not processing at this time. This does not impact tickets created from or updated via email. Administrators are working to resolve this issue.
