ISU implemented a fix Tuesday afternoon (November 19th) and there have been no disruptions to phone and internet access since the fix was applied. Administrators will continue to monitor for further disruptions but feel that the impact is resolved at this time.

ISU has confirmed there is an ongoing impact at the College Place Uptown complex where users are intermittently losing phone and internet access. Access is restored after a few minutes.
