Administrators advise the issue has been resolved, and Cherwell services, including the web and desktop clients as well as the customer portal, are now available.

Update
Administrators will restart Cherwell services at 8:45 AM this morning (6/13) in an attempt to resolve the issue. Following this restart, all Cherwell services, including the desktop client, will be briefly unavailable. Users are advised to save their work and exit the application prior to that time.

Users may be unable to login to the Cherwell web client, as well as the IT Help Customer portal (isu.cherwellondemand.com/cherwellportal/isuselfservice). The Cherwell desktop client is unaffected. Administrators are aware and are working to resolve the issue.
