UCommerce logins and access to features appears to have been restored. Admins are monitoring while awaiting vendor confirmation of impact and confirmed resolution.

Update
Users cannot login to run reports, process refunds, or make changes to their uStores. Payment Gateway is also part of UCommerce and users cannot run reports there. Employees with Bill+Payment access cannot login to run reports or review records.
