Administrators advise that users who receive this expired certificate error when accessing Citrix Receiver ensure all available system updates have been applied to their systems. If any are available, users are advised to apply the updates and reboot before attempting to access Citrix Receiver. Additionally, users may use the online “light” version of Citrix at Citrix.IllinoisState.edu as an alternative. Users requiring additional assistance are encouraged to contact the Technology Support Center at (309) 438-4357, by email at SupportCenter@IllinoisState.edu, or by chat at ITHelp.IllinoisState.edu.

Students, Faculty and Staff may be unable to access the Citrix Store front and instead receive an error. Administrators are working to resolve the issue.
