The vendor acknowledged that a widespread issue is impacting AVD. They are investigating the issue and will provide more information as it becomes available. This outage is still ongoing, and no workarounds are available.

Users of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) may receive an error message when attempting to launch a Remote App in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), stating “We couldn't connect because there are currently no available resources. Try again later or contact tech support for help if this keeps happening.” Administrators are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.
