Time Clock Plus (TCP) Performance Degraded

Time Clock Plus users hired since mid-October, are unable to log into Time Clock Plus and are instead met with an error. The error states "You do not have access to any clockable job codes. Please contact your immediate supervisor for assistance."

Supervisors attempting to enter time in TCP on behalf of their employees may find needed job code(s) are absent. Administrators are working with the vendor to address the error and restore service.

Start Time - Monday, December 8, 7:30 AM

Workarounds - Employees should contact their supervisor. Supervisors are advised to manually input employees time into iPeople on employees behalf.
