Update
The vendor was able to resolve the issue of newer employees being unable to log into Time Clock Plus. All employees are now able to login successfully and report their time worked.
However, now new employees are only able to access Time Clock Plus 24 hours after being added. Additionally, terminated employees continue to erroneously appear in Time Clock Plus. The vendor continues to work towards resolution on these unexpected behaviors.

Time Clock Plus users hired since mid-October, are unable to log into Time Clock Plus and are instead met with an error. The error states "You do not have access to any clockable job codes. Please contact your immediate supervisor for assistance."
Supervisors attempting to enter time in TCP on behalf of their employees may find needed job code(s) are absent. Administrators are working with the vendor to address the error and restore service.
