Investigating
TouchNet Power Users and Admins are unable to log in to the Admin Console of TouchNet. There is no impact that we are aware of from a student (SSO) or payment perspective. This will only impact the Admin user's ability to process work through the Admin portal/console.
A ticket has been created with the vendor, and they are working on the issue. No ETA at this time.
