Touchnet Bill+Payment (Student and Authorized Login) - students and authorized users may not be able to log in, receive password reset emails, or receive resetting account notifications.

Identified

When payments are made where an email confirmation is expected, such as uStore & uPay, students and staff may not receive the confirmation email. Blocked emails will not be delivered again. Administrators and the vendor are actively working to resolve the problem.
