Achieve (Appointment Manager) Performance Degraded
Incident Report for Illinois State University
Due to a recent update in the Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, simplified sign on (SSO) links within Campus Solutions and were not working properly and have been reverted to normal links as a temporary solution.
As such, users will be required to enter credentials a second time when attempting to access Achieve (formerly Appointment Manager) after logging into Campus Solutions and/or and then accessing Achieve from there.

Workarounds - SSO links were switched back to normal links until the SSO behavior can be fixed
