LabStats is experiencing degraded service related to admin portal SSO login. End users and endpoints are not affected by this impact.
Attempts to log into the LabStats admin portal using Single Sign-On (SSO) are currently unsuccessful due to what appears to be a back-end integration issue on the vendor's end. System administrators are actively working with the vendor to restore SSO functionality.
