Administrators advise this issue has been resolved, and users attempting to make outbound calls using campus phones should no longer experience issues while doing so.

When attempting to make an outbound call users may not hear a tone or ring as the call is being made or the call may be disconnected when the call is answered.

Workarounds - Re-attempting the outbound call will allow it to complete in most instances.
