The ability to initiate a chat session with the University Technology Support Center (TSC) is currently unavailable. Users who navigate to ITHelp.IllinoisState.edu and click “Launch Chat” will receive a message stating that chat is unavailable and advising that assistance from the TSC may alternately be requested via phone at (309) 438-4357, by email at SupportCenter@IllinoisState.edu, or online at ITHelp.IllinoisState.edu.
