TouchNet has reported an issue with one of their services that is believed to be related to this impact and are investigating at this time.

Users are unable to make payments and view TouchNet account access through Campus Solutions or My.IllinoisState.edu. Other TouchNet related functions (redbird card payments, meal plans, giving/donation pages, etc) are unaffected.
