Student payments applied to Redbird Cards during the scheduled maintenance window will not be visible in the system until maintenance concludes.
Staff using CS Gold will experience the following impacts during the maintenance window: • Applications and users will not be able to connect to the database nor execute queries against the database. • The CS Gold Redbird system will be unavailable. • CS Gold desktop client users will not be able to login to the application. • CS Gold web client users may be able to login but will not be able to retrieve any information.
