Administrators advise that the upgrade for Perceptive Content has completed successfully. Local University tech teams have been made aware of the completion of the upgrade and have been requested to push out required updates to machines that they manage. Any users whose machines may have missed the post-upgrade updates are advised to contact their local tech support for assistance with installation via SCCM.

Perceptive Content will be upgraded and unavailable during the maintenance window. This includes access to all scanned documents, ability to log in to the system, and integrations that pull data and documents into Campus Solutions from Perceptive Content.
Following the upgrade, Perceptive Content desktop clients will be upgraded. If staff experience client issues, please submit a support ticket.
