Administrators advise that the vendor has implemented a fix for their data center issues and continues to monitor performance. In the meantime, users may now login to Cherwell desktop and web clients, as well as the ITHelp Customer Portal.

Users may be unable to login to the Cherwell desktop and web clients, as well as the ITHelp Customer Portal (isu.cherwellondemand.com/CherwellPortal/ISUSelfService). Users who are already logged into the clients may be able to continue working but may experience errors or degraded performance. Administrators are aware and are working with the vendor toward a resolution.
