The following Cherwell impacts have been resolved.

Emails sent to the Cherwell email addresses for PS App Admin, Comptroller, ITK, and Knowledge and Training received from a non ISU email address and do not include a Reply-To or the Reply-To header is blank are not populating with “Unknown User”. This was resolved 10:59 AM 7/28.

The “Filtering a dashboard search list by a column field may produce an error” does not appear to be a system wide error and will need to be reported and investigated on an individual basis.

The Global updates searches have been updated to account for the new behavior when an email is sent after a ticket is resolved.

This resolves the known impacts after the maintenance. Any remaining impacts will be handled through normal change and maintenance processes. Any issues with Cherwell should be reported to the Technology Support Center.

Update
Administrators continue to work with the vendor to resolve the following issues.

• Emails sent to the Cherwell email addresses for PS App Admin, Comptroller, ITK, and Knowledge and Training received from a non ISU email address and do not include a Reply-To or the Reply-To header is blank are not populating with “Unknown User”.
• The 'Last Modified By' field is being updated by Cherwell sending the final closure email. This is impacting reporting and some dashboard widgets such as the 'New/Updated'.
• Filtering a dashboard search list by a column field may produce an error. Restarting Cherwell appears to permanently remove the error.

The Loan Reservation module in Cherwell is now working as intended.

After the Cherwell 10.2 update the following impacts have been identified. Administrators are working with the vendor to resolve these issues.
• Emails sent to the Cherwell email addresses for PS App Admin, Comptroller, ITK, and Knowledge and Training received from a non ISU email address and do not include a Reply-To or the Reply-To header is blank are not populating with “Unknown User”.
• The Loan Reservation module is not working at this time.
• The 'Last Modified By' field is being updated by Cherwell sending the final closure email. This is impacting reporting and some dashboard widgets such as the 'New/Updated'.
• Filtering a dashboard search list by a column field may produce an error. Restarting Cherwell appears to permanently remove the error.

Identified
There have been some impacts to Cherwell post maintenance that the administrators are working with the Vendor to resolve.

Known impacts included:

The inability to send emails in Cherwell.
Automatic emails from Cherwell not sending.
Users cannot book a loan reservation.

The email impact has been resolved as of 8:23 PM, the administrators continue to troubleshoot on the loan reservation impact.
