Mail Server Performance Degraded

The Help Desk is receiving calls from some users who are unable to login to their ISU email. This problem is not affecting all users or all locations. The CISS Systems staff is currently researching the problem. Updated information will be posted to this web site as it becomes available.

This issue has been resolved. All users should now be able to login to mail.

Webmail2 Maintenance

A new version of Webmail2 has been put in place at webmail.ilstu.edu this morning for testing. 

Update

The new, upgraded version of Webmail2 is performing well and has now replaced the old version. Please report any problems with Webmail2 to the University Computer Help Desk at 8-HELP.

iCampus Redbird Channel Outage

The iCampus Redbird Card channel will be temporarily unavailable until further notice. For the duration of this outage, users will be unable to add money to their Redbird Cards.

This problem has been resolved. The Redbird Card channel is available for use.
