What is Impacted: The Cherwell IT Help portal (ITHelp.IllinoisState) and web client are currently unavailable. Users may receive an error when attempting to access the resources. The Cherwell desktop client remains accessible to IT staff.

Resolved: Administrators have worked with our vendor to resolve the issue, and IT Staff are now able to create new Loan Reservations in Cherwell.
Update: Administrators continue to work with our vendor to restore Cherwell Reservation Manager functionality.
Updated: Administrators have worked with the vendor to investigate the issue, and have made some configuration adjustments to improve performance. During troubleshooting, several Dashboard widgets were found to be a source of performance issues and have been temporarily disabled which has restored the Cherwell web client to normal functionality. Support will continue to monitor. Additionally, Reservation Manager within the Cherwell service remains down following this morning’s upgrade. Administrators continue to work toward resolution of that issue.
