The Help Desk has received reports that some users have lost network connectivity. This loss of network access is related to power outages that are affecting various areas of campus. As more information becomes available, this web page will be updated.
This problem was resolved around 1:00pm. As previously reported, the loss of network access was related to loss of power.
Some users may not be able to access email temporarily due to a loss of connectivity to one of the mail servers. The connectivity loss is due to heat in the server room in which the mail server is housed. Email is currently being redirected to the other server and will be available for all as soon as possible.
