From approximately 12:15p to 12:30p today (Friday, Oct. 8), the campus mail server will undergo brief maintenance. During this short maintenance window, some users may be temporarily unable to access e-mail. All e-mail will be queued during this time and will be delivered once the maintenance is completed.
Maintenance to the mail server was completed successfully by 12:45p today. Following this maintenance, some users may have problems logging in to e-mail using a client like Eudora Pro or Microsoft Outlook. If you are having problems logging into e-mail, do the following*:
Click Start > Run.
Type cmd in the box and hit Enter.
At the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns and hit Enter.
Type exit and hit Enter. You may now login to e-mail
If you continue to have problems/issues with e-mail, contact the University Computer Help Desk at 438-HELP (4357).
