Who is Impacted: Faculty and Staff using Datatel
What is Impacted: Administrative Technologies will be reconfiguring authentication for the Datatel system to work with our upgraded directory servers.
This change is not expected to impact end users in any way. You should still log in using your ULID and password.
Users already connected to Datatel will not be disconnected, and testing has not shown any issues with new logins. However, there is always the possibility of disruption.
If you experience issues logging in, please open a ticket with the Technology Support Center at (309)-438-4357, ithelp.illinoisstate.edu, or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your ULID, where you attempted to login (the website or Datatel Terminal), and the time you ran into issues logging in.
