What is Impacted: My.IllinoisState databases will be undergoing maintenance.  During this database maintenance period, My.IllinoisState will not be accessible at times and/or performance may be degraded.

End Time: Sunday, November 5, 2017 at 6:00 AM CST

Workarounds:

Cisco Contact Center and Cisco Jabber Performance Degraded

Who is Impacted: Users of Cisco Jabber and Cisco Contact Center services

What is Impacted: Intermittent issues are currently being experienced with the Cisco Contact Center and Jabber.  Users attempting to login to these services may experience certificate errors.

Workaround: Users of the Contact Center may need to exit the contact center services and log in again.

Resolution: The issues affecting Cisco Contact Center and Cisco Jabber have been resolved.  Cisco Jabber users will need to accept a new certificate when logging in.

Oracle EDWPROD Database Maintenance

Who is Impacted: Informatica users; Cognos business intelligence reporting users; staff utilizing SQL Developer to query EDWPROD.

What is Impacted: The Oracle EDWPROD database will be undergoing maintenance, which will cause long periods of unavailability to associated users and applications.

End Time: Saturday, November 4, 2:00 PM CDT

Workarounds: No workarounds will be available.

SQL Server Database Maintenance

Who is Impacted: Staff utilizing the RightFax application.  

What is Impacted: During the maintenance window, the RightFax application will experience intermittent unavailability.   

Start Time: Friday, November 3, 4:45 PM CDT 

End Time: Friday, November 3, 5:45 PM CDT  

Workarounds: No workarounds will be available.

Resolved: Touchnet Payment Processing Performance Degraded

Who is Impacted:  Faculty and Staff that use the Agresso, Advantage, and the CCWeb systems.

What is Impacted: The Touchnet Hosted payment system is currently degraded. Administrators are observing that some payments are not properly being reflected in target systems. Systems affected include Agresso, Advantage, and the CCWeb system.

Student payments and Alumni Foundation payments are unaffected.

Start Time: Friday, November 3, 3:20 PM CDT

End Time: Monday, November 6, 8:00 CST

Workaround: There are no workarounds available.

Resolved: Administrators advise that the TouchNet payment system is now posting transactions properly. Transactions from 11/3/17 to 11/5/17 are still being evaluated; however, any future transactions should reflect correctly in systems of record.
