Who is Impacted: All ISU users attempting to change their password and staff who utilize Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
What is Impacted: Oracle Identity Manager is in a degraded state. This is causing incorrect results to return when using the tool and preventing password changes.
New account creation may also be affected.

Workarounds: No workarounds will be available.
Resolution: The issues impacting OIM and Account Self Service have been resolved. ULID Account Creation, ULID Account Activation, and Password Resets have been restored to full functionality.
Update: Administrators continue working with the vendor to diagnose the root issues of the OIM outage. Impacted functions include OIM access, ULID Account Creation, ULID Account Activation, and Password Resets.
Update: Administrators continue to work to resolve the OIM/ Account Self-Service impact. The Account Self-Service portal and new ULID account creation are unavailable at this time.
Update: Central Login is available and there are no ongoing issues effecting any websites that use Central Login.
