What is Impacted: Administrators will be performing maintenance impacting Campus Solutions and iPeople.  During the maintenance window Campus Solutions and iPeople will appear to hang 4 separate times (approximately 30 seconds to 5 minutes each time) but will be largely available otherwise.

Start Time: Saturday, May 12th, 9:00 PM CT.

End Time: Sunday, May 13th, 5:00 AM CT.

Workaround: There are no workarounds available.

Resolved: Oracle PINNPRD Database Maintenance

Who is Impacted: Staff members utilizing Pinnacle.

What is Impacted: The Production PINNPRD Oracle database will be undergoing maintenance. During this time, applications and users will not be able to connect to the database nor execute queries against the database. Impacted applications include:

  • Pinnacle

What is Impacted: During the vendor maintenance window, Series25 Production and Test instances will be unavailable. If you are using the TCS interface, please suspend any Series25-SIS Interface transactional access to your Production and Test instances during this time.

Who is Impacted: Users attempting to process credit card transactions via credit card terminals.

What is Impacted: The point of sale credit card transaction processing vendor will be performing maintenance which may impact the ability to process transactions via credit card terminals.

Who is Impacted:  Students, Faculty, Staff, and Applicants

What is Impacted: The Campus Solutions application will be undergoing maintenance as a software update is applied.  Campus Solutions should be available for much of this maintenance window, but during the scheduled time frame users may be unable to access the application, or may be kicked out of the application.

Users may see and experience minor changes at end of maintenance window as seen by SMEs within non-prod environments, primarily in Financial Aid screens.
