Resolved: OIM and Account Self Service Performance Degraded

Who is Impacted: All ISU users attempting to change their password and staff who utilize Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

What is Impacted:  Oracle Identity Manager is in a degraded state.  This is causing incorrect results to return when using the tool and preventing password changes.

New account creation may also be affected.

Workarounds: No workarounds will be available.

Resolution: The issues impacting OIM and Account Self Service have been resolved.  ULID Account Creation, ULID Account Activation, and Password Resets have been restored to full functionality.

Who is Impacted:  Students, Faculty, and Staff utilizing StarRez.

What is Impacted:  Our StarRez vendor has reported that they are having a service disruption that may cause some intermittent issues with StarRez, including the Student Dining portal.

What is Impacted: The Active Directory server fire.ad.ilstu.edu will be decommissioned, resulting in an impact to Applications, Scripts, Queries, etc.
