Infrastructure Incident: 185005

Update

Resolved: Administrators confirm that this issue has been resolved.

Update

Administrators state the vendor has completed work on the system, and support will continue to monitor performance.

Update

Update: ISU and Oracle personnel have determined the best course of action to avoid an unplanned outage is to have a controlled system reboot overnight.  We anticipate a period of 2-4 hours when users will not be able to access iPeople/HCM.  This will occur sometime between 11:30 PM January 9th and 6:00 AM January 10th.

Update

Update: ISU administrators continue to work with Oracle to resolve this issue.  While there is no immediate impact, there is potential for a partial system outage that will prevent users from logging on to iPeople, which could then warrant a system restart.
