Who is Impacted: Purchasing staff using the Alchemy application.  

What is Impacted: The Alchemy databases will be migrated to a new database server. During this migration, the Alchemy system and direct database access will be unavailable.

Campus Desk Phone Features Performance Degraded

Who is Impacted: Faculty, Staff, and Student Employees

What is Impacted: Users may be unable to customize their desk phone features including, background image, ringtone, or call history as a result of maintenance performed on Saturday, November, 11th.  Users are advised to contact the Technology Support Center at (309)438-4357 to receive assistance with restoring phone functionality.

Who is Impacted: Administrative Technologies staff; as well as fiscal agents and their designees, attempting to access the Pinnacle application or Telecom billing reports.

What is Impacted: The Pinnacle database will be undergoing maintenance. During the maintenance window, the Pinnacle application and Telecom billing reports will be unavailable.

Who is Impacted: Students, faculty, and staff utilizing the iPeople/HCM system.

What is Impacted: The iPeople/HCM system will be unavailable during most of the maintenance window. Impacted services include:

  • iPeople/HRMS
  • Timesheet entry
  • Employee Self Service
  • iPeople Reporting Copy databases will be degraded and/or may lag
  • Integrated messages will be stopped during the outage
  • Some nightly processing will be skipped during the maintenance window (i.e. Benefits Event Maintenance)
