What is Impacted: Users attempting to submit payment for parking citations or purchase new parking permits via the Parking website may do so successfully, but may be presented an error stating that “Your payment may have been declined or there may have been a problem with the payment processing.”

Workarounds: Users may contact the Technology Support Center at (309) 438-4357 to report the error.

Resolved: Administrators advise that a workaround has been implemented to mitigate this issue. Users who attempt to make a payment via the Parking website and receive the error may check their email for confirmation of payment. User who still have questions may contact the Office of Parking and Transportation at (309) 438-8391.
Update: Administrators advise that additional information has been passed to the vendor for analysis as work continues toward resolution.
