Resolved: The vendor resolved the impact to Office 365 services yesterday 1/16/2018 at approximately 5:00 PM.
Update: Administrators report that the vendor has resolved the issues affecting most Office 365 services, with the exception of the Microsoft Teams desktop and web clients. Users of Microsoft Teams may continue to experience inaccessibility, disconnections, and/or the inability to send or receive chat messages.
Update: Office 365 services continue to run in a degraded state. Administrators report that the vendor continues to work toward resolution.
Microsoft Teams (desktop and web client) users may be unable to access the Teams application, may be unable to send or receive chat messages, and/or may receive an error stating “An error occurred, reconnecting" and “We ran into a problem. Reconnecting…”.
